Six at a bit slower than tempo

14M double; recovery run & sub-tempo
7M am recovery run at 8.30-6.45min/M
7M pm at 6.45-5.30-5.30-5.10-5.10-5.30-5.30min/M

This is a fairly solid week I'm on. I'm feeling good.

Today was some sustained running at a bit slower than tempo pace. Enough to make me breath fairly hard. But not enough to sap me too much. All along the river as usual. Then back to work for a bit before dinner out with au and my sis (both of whom are working too hard).

The morning run was a gentle pootle around the Heath a feud before I headed off down the three miles to work. Surprisingly nice in the rain.
