I'll see if I can find a pool round here to do some swimming.
Richard the Lido is open now the water will be cold but that should help, Try some Gel on the calf, buy Ibuleve Speed Relief Max Strength Gel. use 4 time a day and REST THE LEG for at least till Thurday.
