Another solid session on the Embankment

13M double; recovery run & speed session
5M am recovery run at ~8.00-7.00min/M
8M pm incl 12x800m hard off 60s

I fitted in another good session this evening between work and a fine feed at The Providores.

I didn't have a watch, let alone a GPS one, so it's a bit hard to judge my speed. But I felt good. And I was properly tired by the end.
