A steady day

18M - double; recovery run and general aerobic run
6M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
12M pm general aerobic run at 6.40min/M with pack

Just a couple of steady runs today. Quads a bit achey. Not sure if that's from yesterday or the day before. But felt reasonably full of running. Fell race tomorrow.
