A light day

12M - double; recovery runs x2
6M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M with pack
6M pm recovery run at ~6.30min/M

Just a couple of gentle ones today along the river. The second one was 'packless'. Felt really nice. Legs a bit tired from the week's exertions. Hopefully I'll be fresher tomorrow.
