Tapering

11M double; recovery runs x2
5M am recovery run at ~8.15min/M
6M pm recovery run at ~6.30min/M

No session today in preparation for the Cardiff Half on Sunday. Just a couple of recovery runs. My legs are feeling good already. Springy.
