11 miles easy

11M double; recovery runs x2
5M am recovery run at ~8.30min/M with pack
6M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack

My last day at work before the wedding. Busy. Framed by a couple of gentle runs. Far better than the tube. And the morning run in with Yasmin was particularly fine.
