Steady

15M - double; recovery run & steady run
5M am recovery run at ~8.15min/M with pack
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M

My legs are feeling good. But I'm quite getting into this winding down for a rest thing, so I took it pretty easy and loped home at 6.15ish pace.
