Mile reps with the buggy!

16M double; two runs including a total of 6x1M with buggy
7M am recovery and 2x1M hard with buggy
9M pm incl 4x1M hard with buggy

I ran six mile reps with the buggy up and down my favourite section of the Embankment (Blackfriars to Westminster). I only got a few odd looks. I don't know how fast I was going, but something around 6min/M I think.
