Ten before work, fairly fast

15M double; tempo run & recovery run
10M am first 5M at ~6.30min/M second 5M at ~5.30min/M
5M pm recovery run

I ran my session on the way in to work this morning - dinner guests in the evening... aubergines to griddle and the like.

I felt pretty good on my run, even though I was carrying my (light) pack. We'll see how long this full of beans patch lasts... I'd better not push my luck.
