Recovery

14M double; recovery runs x2
7M am recovery run
7M pm recovery run

Just a couple of easy ones today. I felt pretty full of running in the morning and got sucked into racing the cyclists from Baker Street to Tottenham Court Road. They were hindered by traffic jams. An easy win for the legs over wheels today. My legs were a bit more jaded in the evening - perhaps as a result.
