Easy (full of beans)

14M double; recovery runs x2
7M am recovery run
7M pm recovery run

I'm in another one of my high energy weeks. But I kept it fairly easy today nevertheless. Just a couple of gentle seven milers. To and from work. Via Parliament Hill etc.
