Recovery

13M double; recovery runs x2
5M am recovery run
8M pm recovery run

My calves, glutes and hamstrings are all reassuringly sore after yesterday. So I kept it pretty short and easy today. Despite the pain, my legs still seem to have some springiness in them though. A funny combination.
