Recovery and some strides

10M double; recovery run & recovery run with strides
3M am recovery run
7M pm recovery run with 8x100m strides

We went for a really nice slow run around the Heath this morning - just what my sore legs needed.

My evening run might have been longer, but I felt better for it and the strides are good to include in my weekly routine.
