Thu 8/3 - 7M speed session incl 15x300m at 50-53s off 44-55s jog
Fri 9/3 - 20M double; 10M tempo & 10M steady runs & core strength ex
Sat 10/3 - 16M double; 10M & 6M recovery runs
Sun 11/3 - 23M double; 18M crescendo long run & 5M recovery run
TOTAL - 118M
