Yes, still running gently

11M double; recovery runs x2
5.5M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M with pack
5.5M pm recovery run at ~8.30min/M with pack

To and from work. I'm off to Romford tomorrow for clinic all day, so I might do a long one home.
