Tues 15/11 - 15M double; 5M recovery & 9M general aerobic runs
Weds 16/11 - 11M double; 5.5M recovery runs x2
Thur 17/11 - 11M double; 5.5M recovery runs x2
Fri 18/11 - 21M long run at ~6.45min/M with pack
Sat 19/11 - 8M general aerobic run
Sun 20/11 - 15M double; 4M recovery & 11M general aerobic runs
TOTAL - 95M
