16M double; recovery & general aerobic runs
6M am recovery run at ~6.30min/M with pack
10M pm general aerobic run at ~6.15min/M with pack
It felt weird running again after 2 weeks (and a day) of complete and utter rest. My legs are full of energy. My calves particularly (or perhaps I mean perticularly compared to the achiness they have often had this year). Weirdly, it was my hamstrings and glutes that felt a bit tight if anything.
