Unscheduled light day

7M pm recovery run at ~7.00min/M

I had meant to do a hard long run this evening and took the tube in to work to rest my legs in preparation. But work intervened - a very long clinic followed by a very long ward round. So I just ran gently home. A proper session tomorrow hopefully.
