Easier

19M double; recovery run & general aerobic run
7M am recovery run at ~7.15min/M with pack
12M pm general aerobic run ~6.30min/M

My legs aren't too bad after yesterday. Not full of energy. But still with a bit of spring. And no niggles. Today was easier. Ahead of another big week.
