7M am recovery run at ~7.00min/M with pack
15M pm medium long tempo run at ~6.00min/M with pack

My legs could feel yesterday's hill reps. But they still had some spring, so I ran hard back from Romford. Good training with my full (5kg) pack.

I had an amusing encounter with a couple of stoned girls at the top of Primrose Hill at 6.45 this morning. They said they had walked there from Lewisham and wanted to know when sunrise was.
