Thu 2/2 - 13M double; 7M recov & 6M incl 2K-1.6-1.2-0.8-0.4 off 90-90-60-60
Fri 3/2 - 23M double; 5M recov & 18M incl 14.5M crescendo medium long run
Sat 4/7 - 10M recovery run & core strength exercises (6 cycles)
Sun 5/7 - 25M cresccendo long run
TOTAL - 120M
