Still feeling crap

5M am recovery run at ~8.30min/M

Ran to work this morning but felt crap all day, so skipped a second run. I'm probably being over cautious, but I'm paranoid about running hard with a systemic virus (head cold, ok; feeling generally shitty, not ok). Back to it tomorrow hopefully.
