17 recovery miles. And a 1 mile house move.

17M double; recovery runs x2
10M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
7M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M

A day for recovery. A coupe of gentle ones around the Heath. The first included a lap of the National Course.

Most of the day was spent moving house. Only 1 mile. But lots of boxes. I'm even closer to the Heath now.
