Hill reps

17M double; hill rep session & recovery run
11M am incl 18x400m up/down hill reps off 35s
6M pm recovery run at ~6.30min/M

I managed a pretty good speed session this morning up and down Parliament Hill. It's a new hill, so it's hard to judge my pace. But it felt solid. I ran home and then to work (via another loop on the Heath).
