Recovery

17M double; recovery runs x2
10M am recovery run at ~6.45min/M
7M pm recovery run at ~6.45min/M

Another day disrupted by other plans. So I just ran a couple of recovery runs. My first was 10 miles in the Cambridge countryside. The second a more familiar route around North London. Some speed tomorrow hopefully.
