6 miles along the Thames!

6M - recovery run at 6min/M

A long day of travelling... but my stomach righted itself pretty quick and I managed to squeeze in a nice 6 miler to Westminster and back along the river as soon as I got through the door.

I felt a bit week (probably a combination of travel and last night's minor illness). I'll weigh myself in the morning. Hopefully I've not lost weight.
