Five days in a row

10M - fast and slow (alternating 5.25 and 6.35min/M)

The knee seems to be continuing to improve. I'm still feeling pretty sprightly having not had too many miles in me recently. My aim in these sessions is to run the fast miles at roughly target marathon pace and the slow miles not too far below 6 minute pace. Target marathon pace is 5.18min/M, so this wasn't far off (I cut myself some slack for the gravel paths, bridges and gates). And if felt pretty good. Speed session tomorrow.
