Trek day 6 (and more exercises)

















7M; 7M walk; 1 hour strengthening exercises
Peak altitude 17,000ft
Campsite altitude 14,000ft

We hit the Pin-Parvarti Pass today – 17,000ft. I gave it a 5 minute burst to get to the top. Felt pretty odd when I got there. Bit dizzy. Again, there was nowhere safe to run today, so I did an hour of exercises yesterday (with the addition of three sets of 10 [rock] dumbbell curls and 10 straight arm raises.
