10 miles before the (high) mountains

10M - hilly and flat

I squeezed in a 10 miler this morning before we head for the mountains. I headed up the Manali valley for 5 miles. It felt like a 'fast and slow' session because of the hills. The altitude here is only 2,000m (6,500ft) and doesn't add too much pain I've decided... we'll have to see how I go at higher altitudes.

Knee pretty good by now. But not perfect.
