A speed session in the clouds!

6M - speed session including 3x6x100m and 3x1M at 6.45, 5.45, 5.35min/M

I've escaped the heat of Delhi to an old British hill station called Mussoorie. A very colonial piece of behaviour, but well worth it for the temperature alone. It's at 2000m altitude, though I'm not sure how much impact that has on speed / fitness. Anyway, I managed a great session today on a quietish road recommended by the hotel manager and accompanied by some cute boys who were racing me on their bike.

My knee was fine, but I'm still trying to find ways of avoiding 2 runs in a day.
