Trek day 1 (and a speed session!)

13M; walk 7M; speed session 6M incl 3x6x100m and 3x1M
Altitude 9,500ft

This was the first day proper of the trek. Still at only moderate altitude, but there was nowhere flat to run at the campsite, so I had to give it some up the 1:4 slope I was presented with. Good for the quads I should think. Not sure what the local Sadhu thought I was up to.
