Just 6 on the treadmill

6M - recovery run at 6.00min/M

Just a sweaty 6 miles on the treadmill this morning. My muscles are a bit achy. Partly down to Friday's sprint session I think, those 100s were unfamiliar territory and left their mark. It might also be partly down to yesterday, despite the sedate pace early on. More importantly, my knee was fine. Need to work out how to do a speed session at 2000m elevation in Mussoorie tomorrow...
