(Mild) Manali belly

Rest - we've arrived back at moderate altitude (2000m). Should be great for running. But I've got a mild bout of Manali (or more likely Delhi) belly. Hopefully it won't turn out to be too bad and I'll get back to it soon. Four days without running seems a long time.
