Rest

I have arrived in Delhi and have my number for tomorrows race! It's going to be humid...

I had the option of a run on a running machine in the hotel but passed it up after my knee objected to the first half mile. Much like earlier in the week. It should be ok for tomorrow, but I'm not ready for 2 a day yet.
