Kind of surges

6.5M double; recovery run & surge session
3M am recovery run
3.5M pm with 2.5M-0.5M-0.25M hard interspersed with 30-120s jog

My evening run this evening was a bit confused, but was basically three chunks of hard running, one of 2.5M, one of 800m and one of about 400m. It felt like a good session.
