Some fartlek

6M double; steady run & fartlek session
3M am steady run at ~6.15min/M
3M pm fartlek including 5x ~800m hard

What's to say? A good little blow out on the way home. Hopefully the legs will be in the mood for 27 and a bit minutes of action on Saturday.
