Slow

6M double; recovery runs x2
3M am recovery run
3M pm recovery run

I don't know how to balance hard running and slow running with this ridiculous low mileage, weekends off attempt at a training schedule. My running gut says just run hard every day, but my brain says I need at least one easy day in the middle of my five day block. So I took one today. My legs felt like they needed it too I think.
