Easy

8M double; steady run & recovery run
3M am steady run
5M pm recovery run

Two easy runs, my second via the track where I caught up with Ron and some of the Highgate contingent. Excitement is building ahead of Thursday's race. And I'm nearly ready myself now I have my Highgate tracksuit and hoody!
