Tue 18/5 - 10M; general aerobic at 6.25 with pack
Wed 19/5 - Rest
Thu 20/5 - 8M; VO2 max (7x800m at 5.00min/M)
Fri 21/5 - 10M; general aerobic at 6.20
Sat 22/5 - 9M speed (8x200m at 27-28 + 6x40m at 66-70s)
Sun 23/5 - 15M; longish; 4M at 6.15; 11M at 5.55
TOTAL - 64M
