Mon 10/5 - 8M speed (8x200m at 29-31s + 6x400m at 68-71s)
Tue 11/5 - 12M; double with pack; 6M recovery at 7.00; 8M gen aerobic at 6.35
Wed 12/5 - 12M; VO2 max (10x800m at 4.46-4.56min/M)
Thu 13/5 - 12M; double with pack; 6M recovery at 6.45; 6M recovery at 6.45
Fri 14/5 - 16M; double; 6M recovery at 6.40 with pack; 10M gen aerobic at 6.10
Sat 15/5 - 6M recovery at 6.45
Sun 16/5 - 14M; Half marathon race in 01:14:22 (5.41) + warm up
TOTAL - 80M (my most ever!)
