Recovery runs

12M - double; recovery run x2
6M am at 6.45min/M with pack
6M pm at 6.45min/M with pack

Just a recovery day today. No stiffness this morning after the race... I clearly didn't push hard enough. And only a little tightness in my right calf this evening. I didn't both with my watch today and just went gently along the river. My stomach is better, though still felt a bit odd at the beginning of my morning run.

One minor revelation: my evening run came after two bottles of Becks. No ill effects and meant that I managed to squeeze in both runs while maintaining my ability to be (slightly) sociable.
