An early morning 10

10M - general aerobic
10M at 6.25min/M with pack

Up early this morning to squeeze in a steady 10 round Battersea Park and along the river to work before an 8.30 meeting. So much more pleasant than a tube journey. I still haven't worked out my morning routine and have now just forked out a tenner on breakfast in Pret.

Felt pretty good leg-wise this morning. I could just feel the pace in my quads. No niggles. Speed tomorrow.
