Recovery runs

12M - double; recovery runs x2
6M am at ~6.55min/M with pack
6M pm at ~6.55min/M with pack

Another to and from work recovery double day today. I've been running without my watch on these days. Not sure if it's good. I could be going totally the wrong speed and probably have the tendency to push a bit hard.

No tightness from yesterday's race. Just that familiar right thigh ache until I was warm. I gave myself a bit of a massage with the foam roller I bought at Jamie's suggestion. Painful. But therapeutic. I'm going to finish the day off with some tennis now!
