A cheeky pre-breakfast 10

10M at 6.20min/M

This was meant to be a recovery run, but I got carried away. A few laps of the Sanger centre and then a tootle along some country roads. Pretty hot in the sun, even at 7am - I'm glad I've bought all that extra running kit to get me through the sweaty summer.

Felt good. Plenty of spring in my step, despite my hard session last night. Had the same slight tightness in my right leg. I'm going to try a few stretches on it now - one for my ITB/TFL, one for my peroneus longus and perhaps a bit on my hamstring.
