Pre-race recovery run

Just a gentle spin along the river to Westminster and back today. Felt a bit sluggish as I got up this morning after the week's exertions - my right hip and hamstring felt a bit achy. But the run was refreshing and past experience suggests that I'll feel nothing once I get racing tomorrow - really looking forward to it.
